SPRING DEALS OFFER SKIERS AND RIDERS VISITING LAKE TAHOE INCREDIBLE SAVINGS

Northstar® Resort Offers Affordable Lift Ticket, Lesson and Lodging Deals

As the Lake Tahoe region continues to experience incredible snow conditions, including mid-winter snow depths and terrain catering to all ability levels, Northstar Resort is offering incredible values. Designed to welcome back skiers and riders to the resorts and introduce winter sport newcomers to Village at Northstar™ offerings and on-mountain amenities at both resorts, lift ticket, lodging and lesson deals are available for all ages and abilities and include:

LIFT TICKET DEALS

• Lift Ticket Quad Pack. Ski or ride any four days at Northstar Resort this season for the price of three – just $63 per day! The lift ticket quad pack is non-transferrable and limited to the name on the pack. Quad Pack discounts are also offered for young adults and children.

• Value Season Vouchers. Guests are invited to pick up a complimentary voucher at participating ski and board shops in Reno, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area, then turn it in at the ticket window starting March 15 through the end of the season to purchase a $59 discounted all-day lift ticket at Northstar Resort – a $25 savings.

• Direct-to-Lift Tickets. Guests are invited to purchase discounted direct-to-lift tickets from participating Costco, Any Mountain and REI stores in Reno, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. These tickets allow visitors to skip the ticket lines and proceed right to the lifts when they arrive at the resort.

• College Weeks. College students with a valid ID are invited to purchase $59 discount lift tickets during college weeks at Northstar Resort this spring. Upcoming college week dates are March 22-26, March 29-April 2 and April 5-9, 2010.

• Kids’ 2-Day Lift Ticket. New this season, all kids lift tickets at Northstar Resort are valid any two out of three consecutive days! This two-for-one means kids are skiing or riding for just $16 per day!

AFFORDABLE LESSON PACKAGES

• Three Day Passport to Learning. First-timers interested in learning to ski or snowboard are invited to participate in Northstar Resort’s Three Day Passport program and will enjoy three days of lessons, all day lift tickets accessing beginner terrain and rental equipment for just $199. Want to upgrade and add two more days of instruction? For just $200 more, receive five days of instruction, lift tickets and rentals, and the resort will also throw in a Double Whammy Value Season Pass so participants can ski or ride free the remainder of the season!

• Free Advanced Lessons. Popular among Northstar Resort loyalists, the resort’s free advanced lessons are offered Monday through Friday for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders interested in improving their skills. Lessons meet at the top of the Comstock Express lift at 1:30 p.m., and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

• Kids’ Ski & Board School Discount. New this season, book a two-day Kid’s Ski & Board School lesson at Northstar Resort and receive 50 percent off the second day’s all day lesson. Lesson days must be consecutive. This offer is available on a limited, first come, first serve basis, and reservations can be made online in advance.

Northstar Resort guests are invited to visit and take advantage of special Stay and Ski Free lodging packages starting at just $108 per person, per night (based on double occupancy in a studio condo, other unit types available). This package includes two complimentary lift tickets with Fast Pass priority lift line access per room, per night and is valid Sunday through Thursday through April 1, and daily from April 1 through the end of the 2009-2010 winter season.
